BIO: Lee Murray is a multi-award-winning writer and editor of science fiction, fantasy and horror (Sir Julius Vogel, Australian Shadows). Her novels include the Taine McKenna adventure series, and supernatural crime-noir series The Path of Ra (co-written with Dan Rabarts), as well as several novels for children and young adults. Her short fiction appears in numerous magazines and anthologies, including Kaiju Rising II, Starquake, SQ Mag, and Snafu, among others. She is the proud to have edited ten dark fiction anthologies, including several titles written by New Zealand school students. Co-founder of the Young New Zealand Writers which provides mentorship activities for emerging young writers and which she has run for close to a decade, Lee is a regular mentor and assessor for various writer organisations and tertiary institutions. Lee lives with her family in New Zealand where she conjures up stories from her office overlooking a cow paddock.
